Alaffia co-founder Prairie Rose Hyde ('95) will give an public evening lecture on Women, business, and science: the Alaffia conundrum. This lecture will address key aspects of the Alaffia social enterprise model, an indigenous solution to poverty and gender inequality in West Africa (Togo), and both the successes they have achieved over the past 15 years and challenges they face in maintaining their ethical principles in today’s global business environment.
