This is the fourth and final night of the Wim Wenders Film Festival, running from April 10th - April 13th. Der Himmel Über Berlin [The Wings of Desire] (1987) is one of Wim Wenders' several polyglottal works, including performances in German, English, and French, with characters also speaking Spanish, Turkish, and Hebrew throughout, which serves to illustrate Wenders' dedication to a world that is simultaneously both big and small.
Film will be shown in German with English subtitles.
