This conference celebrates the legacy of Whitman alum and Supreme Court Justice, William O Douglas. There will be two panels (one on the environmental legacy of Douglas, one on the civil rights/civil liberties legacy of Douglas) followed by a keynote address from the Executive Director of the ACLU-WA.
This event will take place in-person in Kimball Theatre* and will also be livestreamed (Zoom link here).
