About this Event
The Northwest ADA Center (NWADA) is pleased to offer a series of virtual trainings to members of the Whitman College community.
This course will define service animals under the ADA, provide guidelines for front line employees, and an overview of the rights and responsibilities of service animal handlers. In addition, a review of other laws governing service animals will be discussed.
Length: 60 minutes
This will be the second of three such trainings (with Session 1 ‘ADA Foundations’ having been offered on April 11, and Session 3 'ADA Accessibility in the Workplace' scheduled for April 23). Questions? Email diversity@whitman.edu
