DESCRIPTION:This two-hour clinic is designed for people who want to learn h
 ow to top rope\, climb\, and belay. You will first learn how to tie into a
  harness and belay using the PBUS belay method\, which is the preferred be
 lay method at the Whitman College Climbing Center. You will practice climb
 ing and belaying (with a backup belayer) for the remainder of the clinic a
 nd get ready to take a proficiency test the next time they are offered. (N
