Gender, Skin, Bodies: A Gender Studies Research Roundtable

 Join us for a roundtable discussion of work-in-progress by scholars, practitioners, and activists exploring issues in health and wellness, group identity, violence, creative expression, and political performance. From the cellular level to the surface of the skin, how is gender lived in and through the body?  What do we learn about the body when we consider it through the lenses of sex and gender? Sponsored by the Gender Studies Program, the Robert and Mabel Groseclose Endowed Lecture Fund, and the Arthur G. Rempel Lectureship in Biology.
