Free The People is a three part docuseries detailing 6 months of the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement in Washington, DC from Juneteenth to Thanksgiving. It was filmed, edited and directed by Kintsugi Kelley-Chung (Formerly known as Kian Kelley-Chung) and Andrew Jasiura, two young independent filmmakers who just graduated from the University of Maryland before the uprisings began.
