The Inclusive Excellence Council (IEC) is hosting a series of microlessons and skillshops led by members of the Whitman community. Attendees will learn valuable information regarding diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism concepts.  

These regularly scheduled skillshops/microlessons will supplement the learning already taking place on campus and be an addition to the Power & Privilege Symposium and Community Learning Days that offer annual discussions. 

This microlesson will be presented by Rachel Freeman-Cohen, Director of LGBTQIA+ Student Services. The Gender Pronouns Microlesson is aimed at fostering understanding and respect for the correct use of gender pronouns. This is a beginner workshop, but all participants are welcomed regardless of level of knowledge.
