American Workplace Culture Workshop

This workshop will cover how an American workplace operates, cultural norms, and considerations that may differ in entering an American workplace. Everyone can benefit from this workshop as the exploration of culture helps one better understand why they operate in a certain way.

This workshop on American culture will not be a training aimed at assimilation. It is aimed at identifying cultural practices one might see in an American workplace and explaining what is going on. It is an exploration of American work culture and a discussion of how to navigate a workplace in another culture - for example, being patient with oneself, being open to conversations and communicating, etc.
