Seattle Office for Civil Rights Internship Info Session

The Student Engagement Center is thrilled to announce that the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, Seattle, has made available a summer professional experience for up to two current sophomore or junior students who have either participated in Whitman Teaches The Movement or who have extensive academic experience in civil rights issues. 

Whitman will award a $2500 stipend to each student who OCR selects for this extraordinary role, with the possibility of additional support for travel/accommodations if needed.
